Syringa Building is one of five office buildings in the Orchard Place Office Complex. The complex is on land that hosted the fairgrounds from 1902-1967.
Built in two phases, and a founding tenant was Syringa Bank home to the Syringa Bank (now Sunwest Bank) - Thus the buildings name. The Syringa Building now includes Sunwest Bank, Idaho Department of Corrections, St. Alphonsus Health Alliance and Idaho Health Data Exchange. The building’s lower level contains a yoga studio, locker rooms and showers.
